The Soul is the Teacher by Diana McManus
A client came to me complaining of seizures and a rocky relationship with a current boyfriend. She decided to look into her past life memories for the answers. The answers came from three past life times, one in which she knew her current boyfriend. Each of the life times taught her lessons that are valuable in this life.
In the first life time she experienced, she was a female in her twenties in a medieval farm community in Spain. She grew herbs and made handcrafted things for the village. Her lover is her current boyfriend who was a knight from a neighboring village that fought with the townspeople in her village. She died when she was hit on the head by a ball and chain by some savage people in that neighboring village where her lover lived. They killed her because they knew of her relationship with the knight. The seizures are a result of her emotions surfacing from this lifetime after she met her current boyfriend because of the head trauma she suffered when she died. Her lessons in that life were to learn to use healing herbs for self-healing and natural medicine.
The second lifetime she experienced was in Egypt as a native woman who worked preparing food. She knew an ex-boyfriend in that life which she loved in this life, but he denied his feelings for her. She said there were a lot of stone buildings in that life in Egypt. Although she never married, she lived to be in her nineties and died peacefully. Her lesson in that life was that she realized a community of people can live in harmony with nature.
The last lifetime she experienced in this session was as a native Choctaw Indian man living in Utah as a hunter, fisherman, and trapper in his tribe. She died with a gunshot wound in her head by pioneers who wanted the land she lived on. Her father was a wise man in the tribe which she was close to in that lifetime. The lesson she learned in that life was that it is possible to resolve conflicts without fighting as long as there are no misunderstandings caused by interpretation of language.
Life is full of many lessons. This is what causes our soul to grow and evolve. Sometimes we learn these lessons quickly and sometimes it takes lifetimes. Karma makes us feel our life is out of control and the more we understand our karma, the more we have control over our life. Memories of past lifetimes help us to realize that our soul is our teacher.
